So you have a great design and are ready to get it built. Not so fast! You skipped about 50 to 100 steps. Before you can get permits to build you have to get Planning Approval which often involves staff recommendation, then planning commission and sometimes even city council approval. It all starts with the Site Investigation and goes from there through the approval process for your intended use.
